Lead from Day One. Make an Impact That Lasts.

Are you a natural leader who’s passionate about strategy, innovation, and building relationships that drive real business growth?

At Procter & Gamble (P&G), our Sales Interns don’t just shadow—they take the lead. This is your opportunity to work on multi-billion-dollar brands, develop hands-on experience in strategic selling, and contribute to high-impact projects from your first day.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Intern:

• Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve both the shopper and our business.

• Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.

• Own real responsibilities and deliver measurable results in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).

• Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.

What You Can Expect:

• Meaningful Work: Real ownership of impactful projects that drive results for our brands and customers.

• Structured Development: Mentorship, training, and feedback to accelerate your learning and leadership.

• Collaborative Culture: A dynamic team environment that values diverse perspectives and bold ideas.

• Career Opportunity: Internships serve as a strong pipeline for full-time roles at P&G.

• Competitive Compensation: You’ll receive a salary and benefits package reflective of your contributions.

Location: Various U.S. Customer Business Centers
Duration: 10- 12 Weeks
