• Design and develop functional tests for measuring performance of Digital IPs (BRAM, DSP, SRL, and Memory PHY) and Hard IP System
• Development of RTL test designs and firmware to validate IPs
• Conduct testing across process, voltage, and temperature variations, as well as volume system testing, followed by analysis to identify trends and outliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Application, and Product Verification to investigate and resolve issues.
• Isolate issues to specific areas such as test gaps, software bugs, silicon bugs, or process deviations using ATE and bench setups.
• Analyze silicon characterization results and create characterization reports and insights
• Generates automation scripts where applicable for efficiency improvements.
• Manage and guide the junior engineers to handle ATE testing and data analysis.
• Maintain effective communication with program stakeholders
