About the role

We are seeking motivated, consultative sales professionals with an interest in media, marketing, advertising, and business solutions to support new business development and revenue growth across the organization. This evergreen role is designed to build a pipeline of sales talent for current and future opportunities across our organization, including client-direct sales, media sales, corporate trade, new business development, and other growth-focused functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven seller who can identify new opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, understand client business challenges, and communicate tailored value propositions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to develop thoughtful client solutions.

Specific responsibilities, level, and reporting structure may vary depending on business needs and organizational alignment.

• Maintain accurate prospecting, pipeline, and activity information in CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, prospect prioritization, and go-to-market planning.
• Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
