Our work centers on building workforce capacity to support these individuals in their home communities.

The UW Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) Program provides statewide training for healthcare providers by fostering community and expanding knowledge. Using a “hub and spoke” model, hub team members share expertise based on professional training and/or lived experience, while spoke members—community-based providers—present de-identified cases for collaborative discussion.
