 What You Will Do:

Strategists on the Refounding team lead the transformation of established businesses with AI. You’ll work directly with the leaders and employees at our operating companies to understand how the business works and identify the biggest opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

You’ll turn those opportunities into clear priorities and partner with engineers to redesign processes, build better workflows and bring new tools into everyday use. You’ll own the work from discovery through implementation and adoption, measuring success by the business results you deliver.

 

This means earning trust across the company, challenging assumptions and working through the practical details that make change succeed. You’ll help teams develop the skills and ways of working to keep improving, while sharing what you learn with our Product team to strengthen Atlas.

 What We Look For:

• Strong operating experience. Deep understanding of how businesses operate and ability to translate that into technical solutions.

• Relentlessly product-oriented. Obsesses over details to get the user experience right.

• Exceptional communicator. Equally effective running a room with junior employees or presenting to a CEO.

• Raw horsepower and tenacity. Will run through walls to deliver results.

• Willing to spend meaningful time on-site at operating companies.
