We help clients modernize operations through operating model design, process transformation, ERP enablement, intelligent automation, generative AI, predictive analytics, and agentic AI.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead client engagements, teams, and workstreams focused on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and operating model transformation. You will help clients improve efficiency, scalability, service experience, governance, and business value—including by designing hybrid human–AI operating models that clarify where work is performed by people, automation, or AI agents.

• Help establish human–AI roles, decision rights, oversight, exception handling, escalation paths, and performance measures.
• Develop business cases, economic models, value-realization plans, presentations, and executive recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align business, functional, and technology teams.
• Lead project teams, mentor practitioners, oversee deliverable quality, and support change management and workforce adoption.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, practice development, and Deloitte’s evolving AI-enabled GBS perspective.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams across the US, US India, and global member firms.
