THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to our Partnerships team in Vienna!

This role is to join the Austrian Partnerships team in Vienna, responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers at gyms, boutique studios, and wellness facilities across the country from scratch. As a Supply / Partnerships Sales Manager, you will lead outbound sales activity—driving cold calls, video meetings, and social selling to rapidly build our fitness network and clearly position Wellhub's value proposition to Austrian providers discovering us for the first time. You will negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure a high-quality initial network for our corporate clients, while taking complete ownership of the partner onboarding and handover process. Working closely with the Partnership Leader, you will help refine workflows, share local market insights and cultural nuances to shape our regional supply strategy, and consistently exceed targets to take our presence in Austria to the next level.

YOUR IMPACT

• Establish and own the initial network from scratch by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at gyms, boutique studios, and wellness facilities across Austria.
• Lead outbound sales activity across cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to rapidly grow our partner network and drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub with local fitness providers.
• Ensure a high-quality partner foundation for our corporate clients by negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
• Own the partner onboarding and handover process to deliver a smooth experience, while collaborating closely with the Partnership Leader to optimize workflows as we scale.
• Partner with regional leadership as a key source of market feedback, sharing Austrian insights, local objections, and cultural nuances to shape our regional supply strategy.
• Drive results by consistently meeting and exceeding targets for new partner acquisitions, building a strong and attractive network in Austria.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to align supply acquisition with corporate client needs and manage partner expectations effectively.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
• You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
• You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
• You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team.
