• Produce clear technical design documentation, runbooks, and handover materials to support operational sustainability.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to accelerate GenAI adoption across the enterprise.

• Drive platform adoption through best practices, reusable patterns, and shared assets, including agent templates, prompt patterns, Databricks notebooks, and n8n workflows.

• Implement Model Context Protocols (MCPs) using APIs, SDKs, and orchestration tools to enable seamless integration with GenAI‑powered agents.

• Build integration layers and event‑driven orchestrations using n8n (webhooks, nodes, APIs) to connect systems, trigger agent workflows, and implement human‑in‑the‑loop processes.

• Drive experimentation and innovation with new models, features, agents, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain).

• Ensure solutions comply with Amgen’s data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG methodologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.
