Our Operational Finance Transformation team serves as a trusted advisor and thought partner to CFOs, CAOs, and other executive clients. We leverage Deloitte’s comprehensive capabilities, assets, and insights to deliver innovative, market-driven solutions. Our mission is to help clients modernize their end-to-end Finance functions, including Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash, and Record to Report. We help organizations enhance financial and operational performance, manage financial and audit risks, drive organizational change, and position Finance as a strategic business partner.

Finance GBS and Global Capability Center (GCC) organizations are increasingly becoming the enterprise’s nerve center for AI-enabled decision-making, resilience, and growth. We help clients make that shift by modernizing Finance operations through ERP enablement, intelligent automation, generative AI, predictive analytics, and agentic AI.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead client engagements that modernize Finance operations through process transformation, operating model design, technology enablement, and change management. This role offers the opportunity to work with CFO and CAO stakeholders, lead global teams, and deliver measurable improvements across the Finance value chain—including the design of effective human–AI operating models.

Work You’ll Do

As an Operational Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead complex engagements for global organizations. You will assess Finance operations, design future-state processes and operating models, and implement business and technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen controls, enhance service delivery, and unlock enterprise value.

• Design hybrid human–AI operating models that define where work is best performed by people, automation, or AI agents.
• Establish appropriate roles, decision rights, human oversight, exception handling, escalation paths, and performance measures for AI-enabled workflows.
• Help clients move from point-solution pilots toward embedded, scalable, and orchestrated Finance capabilities.

• Design customer-focused Finance operating models using workflow technology, intelligent automation, omnichannel solutions, and persona-based experiences.

Change, Client, Team, and Practice Leadership

• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, CAOs, Finance leaders, and other client stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and develop executive-ready storyboards, presentations, recommendations, implementation plans, and business cases.
• Lead change management and workforce adoption activities, including communications, training, reskilling, stakeholder engagement, and transitions to AI-enabled ways of working.
• Lead project teams and oversee the quality, consistency, and impact of engagement deliverables.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to proposals, RFPs, pursuits, and the growth of Deloitte’s Operational Finance offerings.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s US India practice, adjacent practices, and member firms to deliver global client solutions.
• Contribute to Deloitte’s evolving point of view on AI-enabled Finance operations and human–AI service delivery models.
