Assistant Store Manager - Franchise - Great Yarmouth

Pay: £27,000.00 per year plus uncapped commission, plus benefits/Perks

Joining an EE-branded franchise store means stepping into a fast-paced, high-street retail role where you’re part of a locally run business with the strength of a national brand behind you. While you’ll work directly for the franchise owner—not EE—you’ll represent one of the UK’s most recognised and innovative telecom providers.

With EE continuing to lead the way in double-speed 5G and rolling out a new wave of digital services, there’s never been a better time to come on board.

We’re currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for our Visiontek EE franchise locations, and we’re looking for retail professionals who are passionate about people, technology, and great service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Franchise Store Manager—helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience, support your team, and drive commercial success. Surrounded by the latest devices and innovations, you’ll:

• Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills.
• Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment.

At Visiontek, we share EE’s mission to be #1 for service on the high street—and you’ll play a central role in helping us get there.

Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager in our franchise store, you’ll:

• Spot and act on new opportunities to improve store performance.
• Help lead and develop a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
• Support a results-focused culture, balancing commercial KPIs with service excellence.
• Contribute to long-term planning and succession with support from your Franchise Store Manager and Regional Franchise Manager.
• Foster a team environment that’s motivated, confident, and customer-focused.

Your Store. Your Career.

This role offers the best of both worlds: the backing of EE’s trusted brand and cutting-edge services, combined with the personal development and flexibility of a locally run franchise. In a constantly evolving industry, you’ll help lead change, implement new ideas, and drive success—both for your store and your career.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring:

• Experience inspiring and leading a team in a retail environment.
• A track record of achieving strong commercial outcomes.
• Self-drive, initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Confidence in coaching and mentoring others.
• The ability to think strategically and plan ahead.
• Flexibility and mobility within the local area.

What You’ll Get in Return

• Competitive base salary.
• Uncapped monthly bonus potential.
• 50% discount on your personal EE mobile package.
• 30% Friends & Family discount from day one (T&Cs apply).
• Company pension scheme.
• Ongoing support from your local franchise leadership team.
