We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Talent to lead our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you'll drive our global hiring strategy, lead and develop the recruiting team, and build scalable, data-driven processes to support our business growth.

Your day to day will include:

• Lead and execute the global recruitment strategy, aligned with business goals and hiring priorities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a global recruiting team, while supporting the growth and establishment of teams across international markets.
• Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to drive hiring plans and workforce planning.
• Develop and deliver hiring manager training, including structured interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Define and track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.
• Optimize recruiting processes and systems, leveraging ATS, HRIS, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven leadership experience in global high-tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing global recruiting teams and building and scaling teams internationally.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leadership and training hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable recruitment results through KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, sourcing platforms, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work across US time zones, including flexibility for meetings outside standard local business hours.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach and business-oriented mindset.
