Mobileye's Development Infrastructure group builds the cloud platforms, data services, and AI-powered tooling that Mobileye & OEM customers depend on to develop autonomous-driving systems. 

Our Data Management team sits at the core of how the company works with data. We receive raw, complex data collected from driving sessions and various automotive systems, and we are responsible for the end-to-end process that transforms it into clean, structured, and usable data for the rest of the company.

This is not a classic development role, and it's not a classic project management role. It's data operations — a combination of the two. 

The team values proactive ownership, continuous improvement, and engineers who can see the bigger picture while collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders across the organization.

What will your job look like?

• Support and manage end-to-end data projects across Mobileye and with external customers (OEMs and Tier 1s).
• Drive onboarding of new data sources, systems, and initiatives.
• Monitor and improve data operations, pipelines, and enrichment services.
• Work closely with Algorithm, Software, Integration, and Data teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Analyze data-related challenges, troubleshoot problems, and support internal stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

All you need is:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or project management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Project management experience.
 

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale data systems, data operations, or analytics environments.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, software-hardware integration, algorithms, or autonomous driving technologies.
• Customer-facing experience.
• M.Sc., MBA, or PMP certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional data or operational initiatives.
