Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Remote, EMEA)

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a remote CSM for EMEA candidates, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. Your core focus will be driving adoption, retention, and growth within your customer portfolio by providing proactive support and guidance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver value and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across the EMEA region

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition

• Monitor customer health, drive engagement, and address any challenges promptly

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and nurture long-term partnerships

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with relevant teams

• Organize and lead regular check-ins, product demonstrations, and training sessions

 

Requirements:

• Located in the EMEA region or able to work EMEA business hours

• Proven experience in customer success or account management roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
