Here’s what a few of our 2026 Interns had to say:

“DSG's internship was rewarding, meaningful, and LOTS of fun! My project challenged me into creating something I am beyond proud of, and every relationship I built along the way is one I hope to maintain for years to come. I truly don't think I could have had a better summer anywhere else!” Mallory Johnson, People & Purpose (HR) Intern

“What I loved most about my internship at DSG was the opportunity to take ownership of a meaningful project that delivered real business value. I was trusted to design, build, and deliver a solution that is now being enhanced for production. Along the way, I had the support of an amazing team, mentor, and manager who encouraged me to learn, grow, and challenge myself. The experience strengthened both my technical skills and my confidence as a professional in this industry.” – Kevin Dong, Software Engineering Intern

“This internship allowed me to step out of my comfort zone by learning an entirely new area of business. I had the opportunity to work on a cross-functional team that genuinely supported my growth and wanted to see me succeed in both my project and day-to-day work. Along the way, I built amazing friendships with fellow interns who were like-minded and driven. Overall, I felt empowered to grow both professionally and personally, reaching my fullest potential while gaining valuable experience and confidence.” – Morgan Cartwright, Merchandising Intern

“I loved that I had the chance to work on addressing real business needs through my project. When I was introduced to my project, I was told that the analysis I will perform will add value to the business, so when I was able to present and see it well-received by the stakeholders involved, it was extremely rewarding. I think it is so cool that in just two months here, I was able to take part in work that will help the business for years to come.” – Owen Stoltz, Finance Intern

“My internship here has really been the best summer ever! I loved that I was working on something that felt important and valuable to the business and to my team, and my team was always super welcoming and willing to help me learn and grow. The relationships I was able to develop with my Training Manager and everyone I worked with, even across teams have been so valuable to me. I also really appreciated connecting with the other interns, whether it was exploring Pittsburgh on the weekends or hanging around in DSG-provided housing. I was able to get a good grasp on a variety of aspects of the business through talking to other interns and attending events like our Executive Speaker Series. This is definitely a company that I have been excited to get up and work for every day, and I'm super grateful to have had an internship here this summer!” – Jaeden Casasnovas, Retail Analytics Intern
