Job Description

🚗 Buckle Up, Las Vegas — Your Next Career Move Is Here!

Love cars? Love people? Love the energy of a fast-paced environment? Then this gig might be your jackpot. We’re looking for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join our high-performing crew at Manheim Las Vegas, where the auction floor feels like the Vegas Strip — fast, flashy, and full of action.

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be the VIP concierge for our dealer clients, making sure their auction experience is smooth, professional, and maybe even a little fun. Think of yourself as the pit boss of the auction lane — keeping the action flowing and the dealers winning.

🎁 What’s in the Cards for You?

As a Cox employee, you’ll enjoy perks that rival any Vegas high roller:

• 💰 Competitive pay — with potential sign-on bonuses.

• 🎯 Referral bonuses — bring your friends and get rewarded.

• 🌴 30+ days of paid time off — because even Vegas needs a break.

• 🏥 Healthcare from day one — with options that could be free.

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Free child/senior care — 10 days via Care.com.

• 💼 401(k) with up to 8% match — we invest in your future.

• 🛍️ Employee discounts — from cars to computers to classes.

• 🤝 Awesome coworkers — because teamwork makes the dream work.

🎲 What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds).

• Promoting Manheim’s top-tier products and services.

• Helping dealers prep vehicles for auction — in-lane and online.

• Consulting on pricing, reconditioning, and bidding strategies.

• Solving problems, answering questions, and being the friendly face our clients count on.

🃏 Who You Are

You’re sharp, adaptable, and ready to roll with the punches. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep things smooth under pressure — just like a Vegas pro.

Minimum:

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.

• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.

• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.

Preferred:

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.

• Previous experience in sales support role.
