Overview:

We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on Healthcare Software and RCM sales. This is a hunter role — we need someone who brings consistent prospecting and activity, builds pipeline through strategic and creative outreach, and drives opportunities through to close using a consultative, value-based sales approach. Our team is growing and we're looking for sales professionals passionate about helping us drive our mission to modernize healthcare with technology and AI. With 95% customer satisfaction and a best-in-class medical platform, we've built software that doctors, medical professionals, partners and patients love to use.

Responsibilities:

• Drive consistent prospecting and outbound activity to build and maintain a strong, self-sourced pipeline — don't rely on inbound flow alone
• Take a strategic and creative approach to pipeline generation (targeted outreach, referrals, networking) to uncover new opportunities in independent medical practices
• Become a product expert and learn to masterfully demonstrate the entire platform from scheduling to the clinical workflow to billing using both a computer and iPad
• Run a consultative, value-based sales process from first conversation through close — diagnose practice needs and tie our platform to measurable business outcomes
• Maintain account and opportunity updates within Salesforce
• Serve as a role model and mentor for new team members and help them achieve success
• Send out world-class proposals and get back signed contracts
• Use the latest and greatest technology to get your job done; including Gmail, Salesforce, Groove, MS Office, Zoom and more.
• Reach and/or exceed monthly quota
• Participate in a winning and supportive team environment

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• Demonstrated hunter mentality — proven ability to self-generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, not just work inbound leads
• 2+ years of EHR experience is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role (prospecting through close)
• Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
• An understanding of the RCM industry and services, preferred
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
• Salesforce experience
• Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Skilled in consultative, value-based selling — able to diagnose customer problems and position solutions around business impact, not just features
• High energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate about this opportunity and making a massive impact in the healthcare world
• Ability to travel as needed
• A college degree or equivalent business experience
