The challenge

At Rappi, we don't just write code — we build the infrastructure that supports millions of daily transactions across 9 LatAm countries. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer Backend II who wants to solve real-scale problems.

Your challenges

• Lead the team and manage strategic projects
• Define priorities and ensure execution of initiatives
• Coordinate with other areas to solve challenges
• Develop and mentor team members
• Report progress and results to leadership

You will be a great fit

• Experience: 5+ years in similar roles
• Education: University degree completed; postgraduate desirable
• English: Intermediate-advanced
• Previous experience in tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces (desirable)
• Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments (desirable)
