Job Description: Growth & Marketing

Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Experience: 1 to 2+ years in Growth Roles, coming from an Engineering Background (desired) , have executed data-backed campaigns in Performance, SEO, Organic Funnel & all things growth. Folks who think they can learn are encouraged to apply. Only in-office role.

Founder’s Story: We are three founders building SuperKalam - Aseem, Lakshay and Vimal.
Aseem & Lakshay are BITSians, Aseem is the engineering mind, Lakshay overlaps the roles in product & growth, while Vimal has been building Education products for a decade, including being a super early operator at Unacademy, and then exiting his first edtech startup in 2020, now rethinking learning in an AI first world for India.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you should be proactive, fast in execution, and comfortable solving problems end-to-end. Also, based on what we’ve seen in past applications - this role is not “just” performance marketing or funnel optimization, and it’s not an analytics-only role. It’s full-stack growth.

SuperKalam is an AI-powered edtech platform designed to revolutionize personalized learning. Our mission is to build the ultimate "Super Mentor" for students, starting with UPSC preparation & recently launched in the K12 Maths as well. Key global & Indian investors, founders & YCombinator back us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Execution
   • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content for blogs and social platforms. (team collaboration)
   • Identify trending topics, keyword opportunities, and user needs to create impactful content tailored to our TG.
2. SEO Optimization
   • We have already automated blogs with AI, the role revolves around further optimization (tracking, analysis and improvements) with AI
   • This is a desired not a necessary skill - we already are doing this.
3. Social Media Growth
   • Develop and manage organic content for prominent social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
   • Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content resonates with our audience.
   • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, participating in discussions, and driving meaningful interactions.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
   • Monitor key metrics like organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
   • Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
   • Work closely with the product and growth teams to align content initiatives with broader company goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content strategy, performance, and/or social media growth.
• [MUST] Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, landing pages and building optimization tools. (no, you don’t need to be coder for this)
