What you’ll do

• Manage and verify supplier invoices
• Process invoices and payments in SAP
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment proposals and support reporting activities
• Identify and solve invoice and payment-related issues
• Communicate with vendors in German and English
• Support the team across different Accounts Payable processes

What we’re looking for

• Intermediate German (mainly needed in writing) and intermediate English
• Secondary education, preferably in Finance or Economics
• AP, accounting or finance experience is an advantage, but not a must
• Confident Excel skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
• You are accurate, proactive and comfortable working independently
