About the Role

Leading a sales team at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As the Sales Team Lead for Uber Eats in Poland, you will be at the frontline of our mission to power movement and shape communities, leading a team of Sales Representatives to bring new merchant partners onto the platform and accelerate their growth journey.

The pace here is intense, the stakes are high, and the environment is fast-changing — you won’t just be managing quotas, but coaching a team to build long-term partnerships under real-world pressure. We are looking for a leader who leads with clarity and heart, someone who is resilient, resourceful, and energized by the messy reality of doing big things. If you thrive in high-ambiguity environments, take extreme ownership, and are ready to carry the weight of decisions that matter to our teams and communities, this is where you’ll grow. If you prefer a predefined playbook or a predictable routine, this challenge might not be for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals, focusing on commercial coaching to upskill your team and keep them motivated through tough market challenges.

• Navigate & Drive Results: Monitor sales pipelines, quota attainment, and pipeline health with urgency and discipline, adapting your team's approach based on fluid market dynamics and imperfect information.

• Enable Success: Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to unblock deals, help your team navigate tough pricing pushbacks, and overcome difficult client objections.

• Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities, coordinate timely inputs, and effectively manage conflicting priorities during the sales process.

• Strategic Influence: Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, using data to unlock growth opportunities and align team priorities with Uber's broader vision.

• Optimize Systems: Work with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, improve workflows, and eliminate low-value activities, ensuring your team has the tools they need to sell effectively even when resources are tight.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Experience leading, managing, or coaching sales team members with a proven focus on talent development.

• Experience using data to guide sales strategy, track pipelines, or improve forecast accuracy.

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams.

• Experience or deep domain knowledge within the food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.

• Demonstrated ability to solve unscripted problems and manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
