What is Ramdam?

Ramdam is revolutionizing creator content delivery for advertising campaigns through AI.
Our platform for clients and mobile app for creators enables AI-driven brief generation, AI-creator scoring, and soon, AI-powered video feedback to ensure alignment with briefs.

Our vision: we do not believe AI avatars will replace real creators in advertising campaigns. However, we are convinced that the entire process should be fully managed and streamlined through AI, minimizing friction and optimizing performance.

We work with industry leaders (Voodoo, MWM, Allianz, Palmolive Colgate) and have seen explosive growth since launching a year ago. Our goal is to reach $100M in annual revenue by providing brands with top-performing creators videos without them having to manage any part of the process.

Mission

We are on the hunt for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is in the top 1% of their craft—someone with a remarkable ability to ship code at lightning speed while ensuring every interaction is pixel-perfect and seamless. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the frontend architecture and contributing the team in delivering intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

Position tasks

• Contribute on the development of high-performance, responsive frontend applications using RemixJS and React.
• Focus on speed and quality, setting coding standards, and ensuring best practices are adhered to across all projects.
• Ensure that component libraries, state management, and performance optimizations are all aligned with the company’s needs.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure the UI is both functional and visually stunning, maintaining a focus on delivering a world-class user experience.
• Stay at the cutting edge of frontend technologies, making recommendations for tools, libraries, and methodologies to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Skill Set

Must have →

• Mastery in React with a deep understanding of RemixJS and its full lifecycle capabilities, ensuring optimal rendering and user experience.
• Expert knowledge in TypeScript, with the ability to write highly performant and scalable codebases.
• Demonstrated experience in building responsive, performant UIs with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
• Familiarity with GraphQL or REST-based data fetching patterns.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, including code-splitting, lazy loading, and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
• A keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
• You are fluent in French
• You are also fluent in English and comfortable working with non-French speakers.

Experience

• At least 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with 5+ years working intensively with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• A track record of delivering complex, high-performance web applications that scale to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated success in supporting junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Experience building frontend applications that serve thousands of concurrent users while maintaining seamless performance.

1. A 30-60 minutes technical interview with Emmanuel (CTO) to assess your skills (video call)
2. A technical test to be completed at your own place to confirm your competencies
3. An interview with the two other founders (Benjamin and Xavier) to validate the human fit (in-person)
