About the company

Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.

Why This Role Exists

At Trust Wallet, we believe exceptional talent creates exceptional outcomes.

While most companies hire only when a specific position becomes available, we take a longer-term view. We are always looking to connect with outstanding engineers who can raise the bar, bring fresh perspectives, and help us build better products for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

Not every great candidate fits neatly into an open job description, and not every future opportunity exists today.

This posting is designed for engineers who are excited about our mission but may not see a perfect match among our current openings. If you believe you can make a meaningful impact at Trust Wallet, we'd love to hear from you.

We hire engineers for potential, not just open headcount.
