About Us   100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare — starting with benefits verification, prior authorisation, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.

What would you do:

As a Sales Development Representative for 100ms.ai, you will work directly with the founders and sales leaders to drive outbound into US healthcare. You will hunt net-new accounts across specialty drug hubs, pharma patient services teams, specialty pharmacies and provider organisations, and manage relationships with those prospects through the sales cycle. This is a remote role based in India, working US business hours (approx. 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned to US Eastern/Central time).

You Will:

1. Generate qualified pipeline in net-new US healthcare accounts by achieving and exceeding your monthly goal for new business opportunities.

1. Execute targeted outbound during US hours: cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn/social selling into patient services, hub operations, market access and pharmacy leaders.

1. Engage in high-level conversations with Directors, VPs and C-suite across specialty drug hubs, pharma manufacturers and specialty pharmacies to build awareness and interest in 100ms.ai.

1. Own and nurture prospect relationships through long healthcare sales cycles: consistent follow-up, scheduling across time zones, and clean CRM hygiene.

1. Partner with sales leaders on account research, territory planning and handoff of qualified opportunities.

You Have:

1. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

1. 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B software selling to US customers, with a track record of exceeding pipeline or quota targets through cold outbound.

1. Excellent spoken and written English, and the confidence to cold-call senior US stakeholders.

1. The ability and willingness to work US business hours consistently from India.

1. The drive required to succeed in a goal-oriented environment with a bias for action, plus proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo and other prospecting tools.

Good to Have:

Exposure to US healthcare (pharma, specialty pharmacy, hub services, payers or providers) or healthtech SaaS. Built a product or started your own company in the past.

Why 100ms:

You'll be part of a small team at a fast-growing startup applying AI to patient services in US specialty pharmacy, a large and growing market. You'll work with a global team of ex-entrepreneurs, operational leaders and engineers. You'll have the ability to grow as an individual contributor or as a team leader, with the freedom to set your own goals.
