At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online.

Our unique data and solutions empower thousands of customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies.

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical and good people.

Now we're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Capital Markets (APAC) to bring that intelligence to life for our largest enterprise clients across Asia Pacific Region — one of the fastest-evolving digital region in the world. If you have a background in digital marketing and know how to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for capital markets accounts in the APAC market which will include the Greater China region, we welcome a discussion.

We want a catalyst who loves data and digital marketing, thrive on building relationships that last, and want to be the person clients trust to help them win online, this is your seat at the table.

Why this role matters

APAC is a region in motion — digital adoption is accelerating, and the brands operating here need a partner who can turn data into decisions. As CSM, you won't just support the platform — you'll become an extension of your clients' own teams:

• You're the front line — the person who makes Similarweb's platform come alive for every client you own
• You're the trusted advisor who helps clients see themselves — and their competitors — clearly for the first time
• You're the reason clients stay for years, not quarters

The relationships you build, and the value you help clients unlock, are what keep them engaged with Similarweb long-term. That's the mission.

What you'll actually be doing

• Be the go-to point of contact for every user on your book of accounts
• Act as a strategic advisor — not just a support contact — guiding customers through their entire journey with the platform
• Spot churn risk early and get ahead of it with proactive, thoughtful intervention
• Grow long-term relationships that translate into renewals and account longevity
• Uncover upsell opportunities as your clients' needs evolve
• Build deep expertise across the full Similarweb product suite
• Keep clients genuinely engaged with the platform — not just logged in, but seeing real business value

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Communicate in English fluently; another South-East Asian or Chinese speaking language is a strong plus
• Love data and has natural data fluency with strong understanding on capital markets
• Have at least 5 years or more  in a client-facing role, with experience in Capital Markets or Investor companies
• Build trust and rapport fast — with clients and colleagues alike
• Think analytically and get to the root of a problem quickly
• Can produce polished, client-ready insights through the use of AI agents
• Bring sharp problem-solving and critical thinking to every conversation
• Collaborate well and enjoy being part of a team that pushes each other forward
