Ventia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Open Spaces team in Albany. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery across a designated zone, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

Lead and support field teams and subcontractors
Drive safety, productivity, and quality across all works
Ensure programmes are delivered on time and to contract requirements
Build strong relationships with Auckland Council stakeholders
Conduct site audits, inspections, and performance reviews
Identify opportunities to improve services and add value for our clients

About You
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Commitment to health, safety, and quality outcomes
Full New Zealand Driver Licence
Horticulture Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture
