About us

• We're building a new category of interactive entertainment powered by AI characters, image, video, and real-time experiences. We’re one of the most-visited AI products globally, serving millions of users every day.

• We work in-person in Sydney, Australia, and hire globally.

How we work

• User-first: We build what people want. We invest time to understand our users and focus on adding value instead of extracting value.

• High agency, high ownership: We own outcomes end-to-end. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility and fix it.

• Urgency: We prioritize ruthlessly, increase leverage, and move at an exceptional pace.

What you'll do

• You'll be one of our founding growth team members: the one who finds the channels no one else has cracked, and scales whatever works. You'll own the strategy and make it real, working hand in hand with product to shape what we ship and with industry partners to open doors no ad account can. As we push toward hundreds of millions of users, you have one goal: help us 3× in the next 3 months.

Example projects

• Uncover opportunities: Find novel distribution hacks that no playbook covers. Community empowerment, innovative partnerships, automated advertising, viral content engines. You'll explore it all.

• From 0 → 1 to 1 → ∞: Scale, automate, and optimize every channel. When you find a strategy that works, you'll turn it into our next 2× growth engine. And you'll know it works because the payback math says so.

• Own the customer journey: Understand where users drop off, form a hypothesis for why, and run the test that fixes it. The instinct to break a messy funnel into its first principles matters more here than years of experience.

• Know what actually drove it: You'll live in our analytics stack and own the answer to "what's really working," even when the channels are messy and cross-domain. Scale what drives growth, not what just got credit.

• Work at the cutting edge: Use the latest AI tools to generate creatives, automate workflows, and increase your leverage. You'll have the autonomy to move fast and own outcomes.

What you'll bring

• A track record from somewhere or something that sharpens people fast: growth at a startup, consulting, finance, or wherever you learned to reason and deliver under pressure. We care about what you've actually done, not how long you've been doing it.

• The ability to get shit done end-to-end. From understanding users and proposing ideas to building scrappy implementations and scaling them into repeatable processes.

• A combination of creativity and an obsession with numbers. We love charts that go up and to the right, and you will too.

• A hunger to win. This won't be easy, and no one has done it before.

What we offer

• Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity upside.

• Real ownership from day one. Work on important problems and see the impact of what you ship.

• Fast-growing scope. As your impact grows, your responsibility and compensation should grow with it.

• A company card for food, coffee, tools, and anything that helps you do your best work.

• Daily team lunch and dinner at the office.

• An unlimited workspace budget to build your ideal setup.

• Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for people moving to Sydney.

How we think about comp

We raise the ceiling for exceptional performers, not the floor. As your impact grows, your compensation should too.

• The listed range is cash + equity, with superannuation on top.

• We review compensation every 6 months.

• Bonuses reward past impact, and raises reflect your new level.

2. Founder interview: go deep on what you’ve built, how you think, and how you work.

3. Role interview: 1 hour working through a practical problem relevant to the role.

4. Paid work trial: spend 3 days with us in Sydney working on a real problem. We cover travel and accommodation, if needed.

5. Offer: if it’s a strong fit, we move quickly.
