We are looking for a Logistics Expert to lead the daily execution of Rappi Turbo's logistics operation in MTY, ensuring that the distribution center, middle mile, last mile, and 3PLs operate with a high level of service, speed, and control.

Rappi is growing fast and needs exceptional talent. We are looking for a Turbo Supply Chain Lead who transforms complex challenges into impact opportunities for millions of users in LatAm.

Your challenges

• Supervise the daily operation of the distribution center: receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory, and dispatch.
• Ensure the daily operational plan is executed on time, with the correct resources and without affecting the service level.
• Coordinate mid-mile operations from the DC to dark stores, stores, hubs, or delivery points.
• Monitor last-mile operations, ensuring capacity availability, timely fulfillment, and incident resolution.
• Manage and follow up daily with 3PLs and logistics providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs, punctuality, quality, and costs.
• Monitor key KPIs: OTIF, productivity, fill rate, dispatch times, on-time deliveries, rejections, shrinkage, inventory discrepancies, and route compliance.
• Resolve operational issues in real-time: delays, shortages, loading errors, unavailable units, supplier incidents, or service failures.
• Ensure operational discipline on the floor: processes, checklists, schedules, safety, order, cleanliness, and good storage practices.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports with results, main deviations, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Identify improvement opportunities in routes, layout, processes, productivity, costs, and operational control.
• Coordinate internal teams, operators, carriers, and external suppliers to ensure the operation is executed with speed and accountability.

• Experience: 5+ years in similar roles
• Education: Completed university degree; postgraduate desirable
• English: Intermediate-advanced
• Previous experience in retailers, tech startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces
• Experience in agile squads and remote-first environments
• Attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roles related to logistics and operations management.
• Experience leading distribution centers in retail and food sectors.
• Experience in planning, reconciliation, and inventory control processes.
• Experience leading documentation, training, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience leading negotiations for outsourced operations and transportation.
