FAQ: For Prospective Advisors

What kind of advisors are you looking for?

We welcome licensed financial advisors — CFP®, CFA, RIA, etc. — who are client-first, mission aligned, and have a proven track record of client success.

Experience with fintech or interest in technology-forward advice is a plus, but not required.

Do I need to bring my own clients?

Your existing clients are welcome to join WealthMore.

While they are welcome to join, our media platform, brand, and outreach engine (podcast, content, community) is designed to help bring clients to you. Founding Advisors benefit from early exposure to an audience actively seeking help.

How does compensation work?

We offer a transparent, flat-fee model for clients. Advisors are compensated via a revenue-share model tied to clients you serve — no hidden fees or markup games. Details are discussed in the application process.

Are there account minimums to worry about?

None. WealthMore was built for everyday investors. Our no-minimum structure allows you to serve young professionals, emerging earners, and first-time investors — a demographic often ignored by traditional firms- in addition to traditional HNW clients.

What differentiates WealthMore from other firms or platforms?

It’s the full stack: AI + human advice, modern platform + brand, flat-fee + no minimums — all wrapped in a mission to democratize wealth. We’re building for impact, not exclusivity. Plus, as a Founding Advisor, you get a shaping voice in how we grow.

What’s the compliance and back-office support like?

WealthMore handles compliance, reporting, back-office processes, and operations. You get to focus on advising — we manage the rest.

What is Mora and how does it support me?

Mora is WealthMore’s proprietary AI wealth coach trained by our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING professionals. It handles routine tasks — like savings/investment recommendations, reminders — freeing you to focus on strategic planning and client relationships. Mora is a tool, not a replacement: human advisors remain central.
