Job Description:

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when talented people are trusted, supported, and given space to grow. As part of our Digital Media team, you will join a group that values curiosity, collaboration, and smart thinking over big egos. We work with some of the most exciting brands in the Netherlands and beyond, and we're looking for a consultant who is eager to deepen their expertise, take ownership, and continue developing within the craft.

Your Role

As a Digital Media Consultant, you will be responsible for the execution, optimisation, and day-to-day management of video, social, and display campaigns. You will work closely with senior team members and client leads while increasingly taking ownership of your own projects and client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is curious to learn, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do

Deliver great work

Manage and optimise campaigns across YouTube (Google Ads and DV360), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and perform against objectives.

Support client success

Help translate client objectives into media plans and recommendations. Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and contribute to meaningful discussions with clients.

Grow your expertise

Develop a deeper understanding of social, video, display, and measurement. Stay up to date with platform developments and share learnings with the team.

Collaborate across teams

Work closely with strategists, analytics specialists, creatives, and client leads to deliver integrated campaigns that drive results.

Take ownership

Own your deliverables from start to finish, proactively solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.

Keep learning

Take advantage of dentsu learning programmes, platform certifications, and knowledge-sharing opportunities across our EMEA network.

Your Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital media, ideally within an agency environment;

• Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok and/or LinkedIn), YouTube, and Display (DV360 and/or GDN);

• Comfortable working with data and performance reporting, including Excel and dashboards;

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn;

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and clients;

• Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

• Hybrid Work Model

Flexibility to work from home or join our Amsterdam office, where teams collaborate and learn in a supportive environment.

• Strong client portfolio

The opportunity to work with a mix of global brands and local leaders such as Albert Heijn, BMW, Heineken, Intergamma, Zalando, Vodafone, and more.

• Learning and Certifications

Access to Meta Blueprint, DV360, Google Ads, and dentsu Academy programmes designed to help you grow both your technical and professional skills.

• Clear development path

A structured growth journey with opportunities to deepen your expertise and progress towards senior consultant, specialist, or leadership roles, depending on your ambitions.

• A team that genuinely cares

You will join colleagues who value authenticity, collaboration, and curiosity. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

If you feel you are almost there but not ticking every box yet, that is completely fine. Let's talk. We believe growth happens on the job, and we support people who want to learn.
