A people-powered network where everyday users share unused bandwidth in exchange for compensation. It's built around consumers rather than businesses, shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Inside, that same directness shows up as a culture of speed and real ownership, where small teams take ideas from concept to launch themselves.
The team waiting for you:

We are looking for an ambitious, curious, and detail-oriented Junior IT Procurement Manager to join our Streaming infrastructure team. Working alongside an experienced lead, you will play a hands-on role in sourcing, acquiring, and managing the critical hardware, network, and cloud assets that power our high-scale streaming platform.

This is a great opportunity to build a solid career at the intersection of IT infrastructure, vendor management, and tech operations.

In this role, you will:

• Support the end-to-end procurement cycle-gather internal requirements, draft and process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and verify incoming assets.
• Facilitate the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT infrastructure assets, including servers, network equipment, IP resources (IPv4 / IPv6), and related services.
• Maintain relationships with international hardware vendors and service providers, assist with basic terms negotiation, and keep contract documentation up to date.
• Help track hardware lifecycle, server allocations, and network resource utilization across data centers.
• Partner with internal tech, DevOps, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Your skills & experiences:

• IT Infrastructure Understanding: Foundational knowledge of core IT hardware and network components (servers, networking gear, IP addresses, monitoring tools).
• Ability to understand technical specifications, assess hardware/software requirements, and ask the right technical questions.
• Comfortable working with numbers, evaluating supplier proposals, and finding cost-efficient options.
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.
• Proactive self-starter attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and high personal accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience or internship in IT procurement, asset management, vendor coordination, tech sales, or IT logistics.
• Basic familiarity with data center operations or hosting environments.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary: 1700 - 2500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
• Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
• Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
• Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
• Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here:  https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/
