Join a high-impact team where your expertise in Agile delivery, portfolio governance, and cross-functional partnership will directly shape how Consumer Branded Card builds and ships products. You'll work at the intersection of product, technology, and controls — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving organization. This is a role for someone who thrives on making complex systems run better and loves building the operating foundation that lets great teams do their best work.

As a Senior Associate, Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Branded Credit Card Product, you will partner with the Head of Operations to drive consistent, scalable best practices for product delivery across Area Product Groups. You will work closely with product and technology leaders, quad members, and development teams to improve how the full product quad plans, executes, and delivers. In this role, you will assess portfolio and product health to identify opportunities to strengthen Agile at scale and mature product management practices — advancing product vision, planning, and delivery discipline.
