Want to help grow the next generation of entrepreneurs to start the next generation of rental business?

If the answer is anything but "Heck, Yes", continue your search elsewhere.

Formally established a little over a year ago, Lockii is helping rental businesses accomplish things that they didn't think were possible: like run a 7-figure trailer rental company with no employees and still hold down a full time day job (because they want to).

Lockii is about unlocking the path to a new type of rental business. One that's not bound by a shopfront, employees or even locations. A business that can scale interstate with ease and, most importantly, a business that can run itself. Our customers rent trailers, equipment, tools, bikes, watercraft. They also rent baseball machines, hydraulic lifts and floating saunas. These are just the ones we've found so far and they are growing fast and screaming at the top of their lungs.

The problem, we simply can't reach everyone we want to share this with.

Sound Interesting? Does this sound like you:

• You're the cold call that customers are delighted to receive.
• You u-turn to snap a photo of a prospective customer's phone number as they drive past you. (Yes We've Done This)
• You're quick to think on your feet, cheeky and solution focussed.
• You feel that you've won when your customers win.
• You can handle objections and rejections with grace and curiosity.
• You're never satisfied with enough.
• You can manage and develop a sales pipeline, flexing with the channels and approaches that work best for each prospect.

If that's you, here's what we've got to offer:

• A management style that's all about results, with plenty of flexibility.
• A product and leadership team that's absolutely obsessed with our industry and wants you to win.
• A fun and supportive work culture.
• The chance to be instrumental in completely new market creation.
• A competitive base and generous commission and equity.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline by developing meaningful personal relationships, anchored in a genuine desire to help our customers grow.
• Constantly feeding objections, suggestions and challenges into our product team to inform product and features.
• Behaving like a business owner, not simply an employee.
• Constantly looking for new business opportunities and solutions for our current and future customers.
• Overseeing onboarding and implementation.
