About Boostr & Our Customer Success Org
Strategic Account Managers are part of our Customer Success organization and are the trusted domain experts responsible for owning end-to-end relationships with our clients. Our hallmarks are creativity, deep media expertise, and an intimate understanding of the Boostr platform. Your mission is simple: to make every client continuously feel that choosing Boostr was the single best decision their company ever made.
Our Customer Success team is a key differentiator in the market because we hire exceptional talent and give them full autonomy and ownership to build, innovate, and continuously optimize how we make our clients successful.
About the Role
We are looking for an industry veteran who loves working 1:1 with people to build lasting relationships, solve complex business challenges, and drive measurable outcomes. You know how to uncover what a client is really asking for, translate their needs into actionable solutions, and deliver insights that move their business forward. You enjoy working across all levels of a client organization—from day-to-day AdOps and Sales Managers to C-Suite executives in Sales, Operations, and Finance.
We are seeking friendly high-achievers who naturally outpace their peers in problem-solving, critical thinking, strategic insight, and client relationship management. If you have a strong foundational background in media execution/publishing and are eager to bring that domain expertise to the SaaS and systems side of the industry, this role is for you.
Boostr is an enterprise Revenue Management platform built by and for media and ad tech experts. We know the industry inside and out, and our clients expect to collaborate with partners who truly understand their day-to-day pains.

- Proactive Adoption & Workflow Optimization: Monitor client platform usage and health metrics to identify risks early. Proactively recommend process improvements, configuration changes, and new features or modules to streamline client operations.
- Cross-Functional & Product Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" internally. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation teams to advocate for client needs and help shape the future Boostr product roadmap.
- Commercial Growth & Expansion: Work alongside Commercial/Sales partners to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities based on client growth and adoption patterns.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver high-value, demo-based walkthroughs and tailored enablement sessions for system changes, new feature rollouts, or client onboarding refreshes.
Skills & Qualifications
