About the Team and Role

If you're the kind of person who knows the thrill of opening a fresh booster pack or organizing your card sleeves just right—you’ll feel right at home here.

As a Receiving & Inventory Associate on our Authentication Operations (Auth Ops) team in Louisville Kentucky, you’ll help protect the integrity of the trading card community by making sure every shipment we touch is verified, tracked, and handled with care. Whether it’s Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or beyond, you’ll help maintain the integrity of the marketplace and the confidence of collectors worldwide.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where precision matters. You’ll receive and store inventory, pick customer orders, and ensure they are packed and shipped with accuracy and care. Every card you process helps power a marketplace built on trust—and fuels someone’s next big pull.

We’re looking for passionate team players who take pride in the details and love being part of something bigger than just a day’s work. If you bring the energy, we’ll bring the support.
