An ecosystem of independent technology companies behind responsible access to web data. Source works behind the scenes, providing shared standards and dedicated support that help each company grow.
The culture follows the same idea: colleagues work across the ecosystem, share what they know, and hold a high bar, so a good idea in one place can create an advantage everywhere.
The Product Legal team ensures everything Oxylabs sells and builds stands on solid legal ground. As our new Legal Counsel, you will negotiate commercial contracts and mitigate legal risks for new features to support our rapidly expanding product lineup. In this role, you’ll:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer and partnership contracts.
• Conduct in-depth legal analysis to ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Advise on new and upcoming Oxylabs products and features, mitigate the product’s legal risks, and provide legal input throughout the product development process.
• Work with leading external counsel to address complex legal challenges and explore new opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest legal news, developments, and case law in technology, big data, data privacy, and related fields.
• Together with the team, run knowledge-sharing initiatives and build a culture of legal awareness across the company.

Your skills & experience:

• A Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M).
• At least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel or at a law firm, ideally within the tech sector or a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, along with proficiency in Lithuanian.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic, fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary: 3400 - 5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
• Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
• Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
• Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
• Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need.
