Hydra Host is seeking an Infrastructure Logistics & Asset Manager to oversee the movement, deployment and lifecycle management of GPU servers, networking equipment and data centre infrastructure across APAC. The successful candidate will manage international shipping, customs compliance, hardware procurement, warehouse operations and asset governance while supporting rapid deployment of AI infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Logistics & Trade Compliance

• Manage cross-border shipment of GPU servers, networking equipment and supporting infrastructure.
• Navigate international customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Ensure compliance with trade controls, sanctions and technology export regulations.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners.

Hardware Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and procure servers, networking equipment, power systems and supporting infrastructure.

This role involves access to technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws.
