Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to own business operations across our production departments, driving the initiatives, processes, and systems that enable them to operate efficiently and scale. Sett is an agentic AI platform that closes the UA loop for top mobile gaming companies, from performance data and market insights through ideation, creation, and testing. Our production organization operates at high scale and sits at the core of that loop.
In this role, your main focus will be turning plans into execution across the entire production org. You'll own the cross-team initiatives that don't belong to any single team, from 2027 planning and pipeline changes to new workflows, automations, and reporting. You'll work closely with team leads, R&D, Product, and Partnership Growth, dig into our data to find the patterns behind our results, and make sure what we decide actually happens. This is a senior, hands-on execution role: you'll take part in shaping our plans and own their execution, partnering with teams across the org to bring them to life. It's built for a business-minded operator who picks things up fast and starts driving results from the first weeks.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Initiatives & Execution
- Own Production's key operational initiatives end to end, from scoping and planning through rollout and follow-through.
- Help translate our production plans into concrete projects, timelines, and owners, and drive them to delivery.
- Drive alignment across teams and functions so commitments turn into results, removing blockers and escalating with a recommended path when needed.
Data, Insights & Planning
- Analyze production, delivery, and capacity data to surface patterns, root causes, and opportunities to improve.
- Take part in tests and experiments on new production ideas, assessing their feasibility and whether we can rely on them in our planning.
- Maintain clear reporting that gives management always-on visibility into performance and progress.
Workflows & Automation
- Spot manual, repetitive work and drive automation using our internal tools, Monday.com, and AI.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools across teams until they stick.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the operational link between production, R&D, Product, and Partnership Growth, keeping priorities, dependencies, and handoffs aligned.
- Partner with R&D on internal tool rollouts, translating production needs into clear requirements.
- Prepare management updates and decision materials that turn complex situations into clear recommendations.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years of experience in business operations, production operations, or program management in a high-volume tech or post-production environment. Must-have.

- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from plan to delivery. Must-have.
- Experience working closely with technical teams (R&D, Product, Dev) in an AI-driven environment with internal tools.
- Data-oriented: confident with reports and dashboards, and able to turn numbers into clear conclusions.
- Business-minded, with a solid grasp of how operational decisions affect cost, margin, and delivery.
- Operationally fluent: hands-on with workflows, automations, and Gantt-based planning in tools like Monday.com or Jira.
- Strong problem-solving mindset: you spot gaps early and drive practical fixes.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to align stakeholders and get buy-in across levels and functions.
- Proactive, persistent, and demanding, with high ownership and a fast learning curve.
- Highly organized, thriving in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll lead meetings, write documentation, and work with global team members.
Bonus Points
- Experience in mobile gaming, ad-tech, creative production, or performance marketing.
- Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, or production budgeting at scale.
- Experience working with remote, distributed production teams across multiple time zones.
