Missions

As a Creator Growth Marketing Intern at Ramdam, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our acquisition and CRM strategies:

• Creators care: Help the team in managing creator support. This will involve providing assistance and support to creators, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, contribute to maintaining positive relationships with creators and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
• Acquisition strategy: Continuously explore new acquisition campaigns and conduct A/B testing to identify effective strategies. Emailing, TikTok ads, Youtube ads etc…
• Analyze metrics to optimize performance and identify improvements: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition and CRM. Use data-driven insights to assess campaign effectiveness, measure user engagement, and identify areas for enhancement
• CRM: Participate in the setup and monitoring of CRM operations, and re-engage creators through push notification campaigns, newsletters, or other initiatives. This will involve creating and managing targeted push notification campaigns to encourage creators to return to the application, as well as designing and sending newsletters to maintain their engagement.
• Content creation: Create creative and engaging written/video content to develop our presence on social media and capture our audience interest. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skill Set

Must have →

• Fluent in French and good level in English
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications
• Basic knowledge of growth (Copywriting / Acquisition / CRM / Growth)
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Nice to have →

• Good knowledge of social networks (especially TikTok)
• Keen interest in the start-up Tech ecosystem
• Interest in content creation

Experience

It would be nice if you have the following experience →

• Previous experience in Marketing, Growth, or the Influencer industry

• Prior experience in a tech start-up
