About Cyera

Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used - and security must change with it. Cyera's mission is to empower businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model. Instead of perimeter controls and static policies, Cyera provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data and AI security.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing R&D team. You'll build the product experiences security teams rely on every day: interfaces for exploring millions of identities and the access paths between them, and the approval, monitoring and audit flows of Agentic Access Management (AAM), our platform for letting AI agents act safely across enterprise systems. You'll own these experiences from the APIs and data models behind them to the UI customers see.

Why join us?

• Shape the future: Be at the forefront of securing NHI and Agentic AI, a space redefining how enterprises operate.
• Solve a UX problem nobody has solved yet: Define how security teams see, approve and govern what AI agents do, in a category that is still being invented.
• Ownership & impact: Senior engineers here lead projects from design to production, with influence across both technical direction and product outcomes.
• Cutting-edge stack: From modern frontend frameworks and cloud-native systems to AI coding agents, you'll work with technologies that define tomorrow's engineering landscape.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship full stack features and capabilities across the our Identity’s Platform.
• Build fast, intuitive interfaces for large, complex data: identity inventories, access graphs, and audit trails.
• Own and evolve our design system, setting the standard for UI quality across the product.
• Lead the design and implementation of architecture and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn complex security workflows into a clear user experience.
• Participate in technical and code reviews and tackle complex problems across the stack.

• 6+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade, enterprise-level products.
• Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript (or similar).
• Strong backend expertise in at least one of: Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience delivering rich frontend and backend products end-to-end.

Bonus points for:

• Experience designing and maintaining a design system.
• Experience with cloud environments (K8S, Docker, DBs, messaging brokers).
• Knowledge of identity or security domains.
