Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect

We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better.

Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care.

Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time.

Your mission

Join Vocca as our Founding Account Executive to launch and scale our US revenue engine.

You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, with a clear focus on healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations.

What you will sell

• An AI voice agent that answers every patient call instantly, schedules and reschedules appointments, triages urgency, and reduces missed calls.

• A production-ready product already used daily by thousands of providers.

• A solution that delivers clear outcomes for healthcare operators: higher appointment capture, lower call abandonment, less front-desk overload, and a better patient experience.

What success looks like

First 30 days

• Become fluent in our product, ICP, positioning, and the US buying process for groups (operations, clinical leadership, IT, finance).

• Run your first outbound sequences, discovery calls, and demos.

• Coordinate with Ops to start onboarding the first US customers from day one: kickoff, setup, training, and go-live.

• Close your first simple wins and document learnings.

By 90 days

• Build a consistent pipeline with 30+ active opportunities across stages.

• Create and iterate US-ready messaging, call scripts, and email/LinkedIn sequences.

• Coordinate closely with our Ops and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and strong early outcomes.

• Bring back field insights to shape product and roadmap (objections, workflows, integration needs).

By 6–12 months

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals for healthcare groups (multi-site, multi-specialty, security and integration reviews).

• Help define our US sales playbook (ICP, MEDDICC-style process, pricing/packaging, ROI story, procurement).

• Own strategic accounts end-to-end, including expansion and renewals.

• Contribute to scaling the team (interviewing, onboarding, coaching).

Who we are looking for

You are a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SDR, AE, BizDev), ideally with full-cycle closing.

• Can run discovery, demos, and negotiation with rigor, and close mid-market to enterprise deals.

• Are comfortable with outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) and can create pipeline from scratch.

• Thrive in a startup environment: fast, demanding, iterative, high ownership.

• Love being close to customers and turning feedback into execution.

It is a strong plus if you:

• Have sold into healthcare provider organizations (multi-site groups, MSOs, DSOs, health systems) or adjacent health tech.

• Have experience navigating security/compliance and integration stakeholders.

• Have used tools like Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo (or equivalent).

• Have an existing network in US healthcare operations.

Why join this role

• A product already in production with strong customer love in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation + voice AI).

• A true 0→1 US GTM role with high ownership and impact.

• Direct exposure to founders and leadership, with fast iteration loops.

• Competitive compensation with meaningful upside (equity).

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: We offer a competitive package commensurate with experience — typically $180,000–$300,000 OTE. For an exceptional profile, we have flexibility. We're transparent about comp early in the process, just ask.

• Founding team equity

• Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Employer-sponsored plans: Vocca contributes to the base plan, with partial support for dependents.

• Retirement savings: access to a 401(k) plan.

• Flexible time off: unlimited PTO, including vacation, holidays, and sick days.

• Professional expenses: work-related expenses reimbursed in line with Vocca’s company policy.

• Location: New York office, city center

Hiring Process

1. Initial screen (30 min) — recruiter call to assess background, motivation, and fit

2. CEO interview (45 min) — strategic conversation with Eliott (CEO & Co-founder) on past experience, founder mentality, ICP thinking, and commercial instincts

3. Business case debrief + role play (60 min) — present your case, then run a live cold call or demo simulation

4. Meet the team

5. As a final step, we may invite you to a short work trial with the team, so both sides get a concrete feel for working together.

6. Reference checks — two professional references focused on autonomy, execution, and impact

7. Offer

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.

Why should you join Vocca?

• An entrepreneurial adventure, with a supportive, high-energy, execution-focused team

• A product already live, with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI)

• A true scaling phase, with everything still to build

• Real responsibilities from day one
