We're on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose at Nuix. This extends to our People. We're fiercely passionate, love working at pace, thrive in ambiguity, live, and breathe outside of the box, and above all are good humans. We're determined to make a positive difference in the world, whether through our solutions which help the top companies, governments and agencies find the truth and combat illegal activities, or through our people who care about contributing and giving back both within, and outside, of Nuix. We are a Force For Good. We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey.

This Role Is About Relationships

Nuix is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive whose greatest asset is not simply a history of exceeding sales quota, but the ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision makers across large corporate and regulated enterprises.

As part of our GTM strategy focused on accelerating market penetration through trusted customer and partner relationships, we are looking for an executive who can engage senior stakeholders, understand complex business priorities, and develop strategic opportunities across the enterprise technology landscape.

This is not a traditional territory-building role. It is a market expansion role focused on identifying, developing, and converting opportunities across large enterprises and their strategic partner ecosystems.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of cultivating executive relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales environments, and developing partnerships that create access to new opportunities. You should understand how enterprise technology decisions are made and procured and be able to credibly engage stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, General Counsel, Heads of Data & Analytics, and their teams.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an ability to establish relationships with senior decision makers, create new opportunities, and advance complex enterprise sales conversations involving multiple stakeholders, lengthy sales cycles, and significant business impact.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success selling enterprise technology into highly regulated industries, such as:

• Financial Services

• Insurance

• Venture Capital

• Energy & Utilities

• Mining & Natural Resources

• Telecommunications

• Healthcare

• Pharmaceuticals

• Transportation & Logistics

• Construction & Real Estate

• Retail

• Agriculture, Forestry & Fishing

Equally important, the successful candidate will have experience developing and managing relationships throughout the partner ecosystem, including national and regional Systems Integrators, advisory firms, VARs, and other strategic technology partners.

Location

Remote — based within reasonable commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario.

The successful candidate should be able to attend customer, partner, and company meetings in the Greater Toronto Area as required.

Key Responsibilities

The deepest parts of the ocean are the least explored, yet they hold some of the planet’s rarest and most valuable finds. Enterprise data is much the same. Only 10–20% has been analyzed for strategic value, while the remaining 80–90% is largely unstructured and often considered too costly or difficult to access. Nuix data intelligence technology fills this gap, enabling organizations to explore and understand this “deep data” alongside relevant structured data.

Unlike enterprise analytics platforms that often require extensive customization and lengthy consulting engagements across disparate solutions, Nuix delivers rapid time-to-value through a unified platform designed to automate complex investigations, data intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.

Its applications span internal investigations, cyber incident response, privacy, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise data intelligence—bringing diverse data sources together to connect entities and events and generate actionable intelligence.

The Nuix Neo platform rapidly aggregates, processes, analyzes, and visualizes massive volumes of structured and unstructured information within a unified analytical and investigative environment. Its graph technology and link analysis correlate data from virtually any source, revealing hidden relationships and connections between entities.

This enables analysts and executives to uncover insights, accelerate decisions, and manage risk with greater confidence.

Nuix data intelligence technology is already established across Canada's public sector, including law enforcement, public safety, justice, and regulatory organizations. Your role is to bring these capabilities to commercial executives who are transforming their organizations through data, analytics, and AI.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and leverage strategic customer and partner relationships to expand Nuix's footprint across commercial markets and drive long-term growth.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities across target customer segments and industries.

• Engage senior executives and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and connect them to Nuix's capabilities.

• Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of complex enterprise organizations and navigate diverse stakeholder groups.

• Develop strategic partnerships that increase market access through established contracts, partner-led engagements, and joint go-to-market opportunities.

• Identify opportunities where Nuix can consolidate, analyze, and visualize enterprise data to solve complex business and investigative challenges.

• Lead enterprise sales opportunities from initial executive engagement through contract execution.

• Develop account and opportunity strategies that align customer priorities with Nuix's solutions and commercial objectives.

• Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership throughout the sales cycle.

• Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.

• Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.

• Demonstrate fluency in a structured enterprise sales methodology applied to long and complex sales cycles. Practical experience applying MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or an equivalent framework to qualify, advance, and close opportunities spanning multiple quarters is preferred.

• Represent Nuix at relevant industry, customer, and partner events to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience selling enterprise technology, software, SaaS, data intelligence, cybersecurity, analytics, investigations, or a related solution into complex organizations.

• A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.

• Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.

• Strong business development skills, with the ability to create opportunities through relationship development, strategic outreach, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.

• Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships.

• Experience selling into one or more highly regulated industries, such as financial services, insurance, energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, transportation, or other complex enterprise environments.

• Experience working with Systems Integrators, advisory firms, VARs, or other strategic technology partners.

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology procurement and the ability to navigate legal, procurement, security, compliance, and executive approval processes.

• Experience managing complex, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles with multiple decision makers and influencers.

• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or another structured enterprise sales methodology.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across a global organization.

• A growth mindset, strong accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving and ambiguous environment.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $150,000–$175,000, with flexibility depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.

This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including sales incentive compensation, and benefits in accordance with Nuix's applicable plans and programs.
