We are looking for a Curation Specialist, the heart and soul of our products and shopping experience, at the very core a passionate storyteller. This person

• Is high agency, fueled by the purpose, eager to put in the miles to bring this vision to reality
• Derives immense joy from building unique propositions for customers, has an innate flair for storytelling, and a deep understanding of customer journeys and psychology
• Is passionate about the food retail space and has a sharp & objective opinion about changing it for the better
• Is a fresh, innovative thinker with a creative edge, who can redefine storytelling in the space and deliver an Ahaa! Moment to customers
• Works well in a team, celebrate joys and embrace challenges together, look out for each other
• Understands design language, customer funnels, category nuances, basics of category economics 

Key Responsibilities

• Curate the ideal range of high quality products, across categories, with a vision to elevate the customer’s quality of consumption
• Fresh, innovative rendition of the shopping experience, with a focus on bringing out the salient features of every product effectively and thus help customers make better choices. 
• Be ahead of the curve, research emerging trends, be the first to bring concepts & products to the market
• Hold fort objectively on the quality of products to be sold, with a clear, consumer-first approach
• Be the gatekeeper of the most seamless experience across the entire customer journey, across Merchandising, Search experience and Recommendations
• Work hand in glove with Marketing, Content, Design, Product teams to ensure every item and it’s story is communicated effectively, in line with the platform’s vision and promise

Requirements

• Graduate/Post graduate
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing part/whole of the App/shopping experience for a new brand/retailer, preferably in the Food Space and/or
• Experience working with large format supermarkets, especially in the premium food & grocery space and/or
• Brand Management exposure for a food brand
• Experience in 0-1/early stage companies is a bonus
• A can-do attitude
