Start Your Career on Something That Matters

You don't need years of experience to do meaningful work here. If you're a student, co-op, or recent grad who builds things, learns fast, and wants to work on hard problems that actually ship to the field — we want to know you.

Dominion Dynamics is building the autonomy stack for the Arctic: integrated autonomy, sensing, communications, and command and control systems for defence and critical infrastructure. Early-career engineers here don't sit on the sidelines — you'll build real parts of real systems, alongside people who will push you to grow quickly.

Maybe you're:

• a CS or engineering student who ships side projects for fun

• someone who's gone deep on one hard thing — robotics, embedded, RF, ML, fabrication

• a new grad who wants real ownership and mentorship, not a rotation program that parks you

• a builder looking for your first serious mission

You don't need to match a specific open posting to start a conversation. Tell us what you're good at and where you want to grow.

What We Look For

• You build. Projects, hackathons, research, clubs, side work — evidence that you make things, not just take courses.

• You learn fast. New tools, new domains, direct feedback — you close the gap quickly.

• You take ownership. You don't wait for permission or a perfect spec.

• You care about the mission. You can say why sovereign Canadian capability matters to you.

Tell Us

• what you've built (add a link if you can — GitHub, portfolio, demo)

• what problems you love solving

• which discipline(s) you're drawn to

• why our mission interests you

We review these on a rolling basis and reach out as teams open early-career spots. If that sounds like you, apply below.

No defence background required.

We've hired people who didn't tick every box. If this is the work you want to do, please apply anyway.
