- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Experience

- 5+ years in automotive engineering, with 3+ years specifically in steering/chassis systems testing or validation; prior people management experience required.

3. Technical Knowledge

- Deep understanding of steering systems (EPS, hydraulic power steering, electronic-hydraulic power steering).

- Experience of testing methods: Performance tests, Road load test, reliability tests, shock/vibration tests, environment tests (temperature chamber, IPx..), field data analysis.

- Problem solving capability and material knowledge of metal, plastics aging behavior.

- Familiarity with steering system test bench and tools like CANalyzer/CANoe, dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, Vector tools, data acquisition systems, and fault simulation.

- Knowledge of regulation and commercial vehicle steering system safety, quality and reliability standards, e.g ISO26262, GB17675, QC/T/529, QC/T1081, ECE R79.

4. Soft Skills

- Project management abilities, good communication (technical reporting and stakeholder interaction), problem-solving under pressure.

5. Other

- Willingness to travel to external testing supplier visit.

- Utilize new testing method/tools via connected data to improve testing efficiency.
