Our team bridges Product Management, Analytics, and GTM Strategy to shape Rubrik’s monetization and business model vision. We are responsible for accelerating Rubrik’s business growth by identifying and unlocking levers across the customer lifecycle. Specifically, our team focuses on:

• Monetization & Packaging Strategy: Designing pricing models, tiering structures, and add-on packaging for core SaaS and AI products.
• Product-Led Growth & Adoption: Analyzing product telemetry and usage patterns to reduce friction, drive feature adoption, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
• Expansion & GTM Alignment: Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, optimizing packaging for new market segments, and aligning product capabilities with sales motions.

In this role, you will address top-of-mind strategic questions for executive leadership while having direct input into shaping your summer projects based on your interests and business needs. Past intern and team projects have included a combination of designing new product monetization strategies, mapping margin recovery paths, and developing internal AI tools to improve Rubrik’s GTM motions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the execution and implementation of pricing, packaging, and overall monetization decisions across core platform products and new product initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to execute and operationalize new business strategies.
• Synthesize complex data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Be a "player-coach," guiding team members to improve capabilities and ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

You approach challenges with an analytical mindset, using data to bring clarity to ambiguous business problems. You are results-driven, ready to take full ownership of initiatives, and excel at both independent problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

You bring a high sense of ownership and a true bias for action. Equally important, you operate with humility. You know when to dive deep on your own, when to raise your hand for help, and how to leverage team expertise to deliver the best solution.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA from a top program strongly preferred.
• Graduation: Spring 2027 - 2028
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
