While you are competitive with yourself, your ultimate goal is winning as a group. You can navigate through ambiguity and adapt nimbly to evolving business needs.

As a SMB/Mid Market Account Executive, you will:

• Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, continuously seeking creative strategies to reach your audience

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals alongside your team
• Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine how Yotpo can be a strategic investment for their business growth
• Be an expert at uncovering business challenges using our sales methodology MEDDPICC

About you:

• You were a successful Sr. SDR or account executive for 2+ years
• You have a proven track record in sourcing your own pipeline through a structured outbound sales motion
• You have strong business acumen including knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing and/or retention marketing
• You own your results and figure out a way to win
• You don’t take feedback personally, but use it as fuel to grow and improve each day
• You ask multiple questions and actively listen to uncover business pain points before delivering a solution
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric and consultative approach to working
• The ability to identify and address the needs of prospective clients
• You’re motivated to reach goals and achieve key deliverables and want to foster this attitude in your team
• Someone who embraces our team principles “Learning, Own It, Feedback, Trust, Don’t Assume (LOFT’D)” in everything they do
• Have experience using SalesForce CRM, 11x, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion to learn and are excited about eCommerce and technology, then we want to hear from you.
