About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 10/26/2026.

The Experience

Are you a designer and problem-solver who can shape the next generation of delivery excellence at Slack? Are you someone who thrives translating ambiguous customer needs into elegant, workable solutions in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment? We want to talk to you!

Slack is looking for an Experience Architect on the Solution Design team to join our global project delivery organization supporting enterprise customer implementations. We need someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and technically fluent — someone who shapes the right solution for each Enterprise customer, working within the Salesforce Delivery Methodology, and who helps unlock the full value of the Slack platform (including Slack AI) through thoughtful design.

You'll design, validate, and document solutions for Enterprise customers across use cases, teams, and geographies — balancing customer needs, platform capabilities, and delivery feasibility.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Own solution design across the Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology, translating customer requirements into clear, buildable solution designs
• Evaluate and recommend the right mix of out-of-the-box Slack/Slack AI capabilities (search & summaries, huddle notes, Workflow Builder, native Slackbot capabilities, Agentforce integrations) versus custom configuration, always favoring the simplest viable path
• Partner closely with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customer stakeholders to align solution design with scope, timeline, and success measures
• Produce and maintain solution design artifacts — architecture diagrams, functional specs, configuration workbooks — that development and QA teams can build against
• Lead design workshops with customer technical and business stakeholders, facilitating trade-off discussions and driving toward a validated solution
• Proactively surface design risks and work cross-functionally to resolve them before they impact delivery
• Continuously improve design practices and reusable design patterns, incorporating AI-native tooling (e.g., Slackbot skills) to increase design efficiency and consistency across engagements
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce) and design cross-cloud solutions that keep Slack at the center of the customer's workflow
• Support post-launch adoption by ensuring the solution design accounts for change management and long-term platform maturity

You're Our Person If...

• You have 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services
• You have demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms
• You possess a working knowledge of (or ability to quickly ramp on) the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities
• You are highly analytical, with a proven ability to work through ambiguity and competing requirements to land on the right design
• You have excellent communication skills for translating technical design decisions to both customer stakeholders and delivery teams
• You have hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture, ideally including Salesforce products
• You bring a collaborative mindset — you're comfortable partnering with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customers to reach a shared design
• You have a natural curiosity, a love of learning, and a habit of sharing design knowledge and patterns with others

Even Better If...

• You have familiarity with Salesforce products (such as Agentforce or Sales/Service Cloud notifications) and understand how they integrate with Slack

Slack is the collaboration hub of choice for companies of all sizes worldwide — ensuring the right people stay in the loop, key information stays at their fingertips, and teams stay connected, now increasingly powered by Slack AI.
