We're a Series B company scaling fast, with real momentum behind us. This role is part of building that next chapter, not maintaining an existing one.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, Outbound-first Sales Development Representative to join our APAC team. This is a role designed for someone who wants to be the face of SpotDraft with prospects and at industry events.

You will be orchestrating complex outreach across social, phone, and in-person channels. If you have experience navigating the nuances of legal-tech or other complex enterprise business workflows and want a front-row seat to a scaling B2B SaaS rocket ship, this is it.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of SDR experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Preferably selling to Legal, GCs, Procurement or other Line of Business buyers.

• Exceptional communication skills. You are as persuasive in a 30-second elevator pitch at an event as you are in a long-form strategic email.

• Outbound mentality. You don't wait for leads to hit your inbox; you have a proven track record of generating your own opportunities.

• Proven ability to multi-thread accounts, prioritize by ICP fit, and build outreach around genuine account research - not templated sequences.

• AI literacy. You use modern tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to personalize outreach at scale and move faster than the competition.

What you’ll own:

• All-bound Prospecting: Build and execute a multi-channel strategy (cold call, social, video, and email) to penetrate high-value accounts.

• Pipeline Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with legal, operations, or other business leaders to understand their bottlenecks and align them with our AI-driven solutions.

• Strategic Research: Identify key stakeholders within complex organizations and map out personalized "ways-in" for our Account Executives.

• CRM Hygiene: Maintain a pristine record of all interactions in our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs and data-driven GTM iterations.

Why SpotDraft?

• Brilliant teammates—Work with some of the sharpest minds in legal tech.

• Expand your network—Interact with top founders, investors, and industry leaders.

• Real impact—Take ownership of projects and see your work in action.

• Big goals, bold moves—We trust you to deliver, innovate, and push boundaries.
