Job Description

Precision in every blade movement. Building tomorrow's landscape today.

There's an art to perfectly grading a surface or cutting a precise slope with a dozer. It takes thousands of hours in the seat to develop the feel, instinct, and skill that distinguishes good enough work from exceptional work. At FLINT, we're looking for operators who have mastered that art.

As a Multi-Skilled Dozer or Grader Operator at our Fort McMurray site, you'll be part of a team that shapes the landscape of Canada's energy future. Your expertise will help us build tomorrow while you build your own career alongside professionals who value both technical excellence and supporting each other every shift.

FLINT is hiring a crew of Dozer and Grader Operators for permanent work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting ASAP. This role offers a 6/6 rotation schedule, daily bussing from Fort McMurray, and benefits after 300+ hours.

This is a local position that is best suited for residents of Fort McMurray.
Overtime eligible after 8 hours per day OR 44 hours per week starting September 1, 2026.

Ready to shape both the landscape and your future? Apply today and join a team where your expertise helps create tomorrow's possibilities.
