The Mission

At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We’ve automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation — saving millions of hours for patients and providers.

Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.

Your Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of building and delivering conversational AI agents that solve real healthcare challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role where you simply define requirements and hand them off to engineering. You'll be hands-on throughout the entire process, working alongside engineers, conversation designers, and clinical experts to scope, build, test, and launch AI agents that deliver real value to our customers.

You'll serve as the primary point of accountability for your agents, owning everything from initial customer conversations and technical decisions to launch readiness, performance, and commercial success. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, is comfortable making tough decisions, and takes pride in seeing a product through from concept to successful deployment.

Your Impact

• Own the product from concept to commercial success: Lead the development and delivery of conversational AI agents, from initial customer scoping and statement of work (SOW) through pilot launch, conversion to ongoing revenue, and continued performance.

• Define scope and success criteria: Partner directly with customers to understand their needs, establish measurable outcomes, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Build alongside technical teams: Collaborate with forward deployed engineers, applied AI engineers, conversation designers, and clinical experts to develop high-quality, fully integrated AI agents using Infinitus Studio.

• Get hands-on with the technology: Build and refine conversation flows, orchestration logic, escalation pathways, evaluations, and test scenarios to continuously improve agent performance.

• Drive technical decisions and remove blockers: Identify product limitations, troubleshoot issues, and work with engineering to implement solutions or practical workarounds. Make informed tradeoffs around scope, timelines, and launch readiness.

• Own evaluation and launch readiness: Design and execute evaluations against agreed-upon performance, reliability, and safety standards. Partner with clinical evaluators to ensure critical safety requirements are met before deployment.

• Turn successful pilots into lasting customer relationships: Use performance data and customer feedback to improve agent effectiveness, demonstrate value, and drive conversion from pilot programs to ongoing commercial partnerships.

• Be a trusted customer partner: Serve as the primary point of contact for product progress, technical challenges, and roadmap discussions. Communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly and proactively.

• Solve problems beyond your immediate scope: Take ownership of production issues, operational dependencies, and unexpected challenges to ensure successful delivery and ongoing performance.

• Help shape the future of our platform: Share insights from customer deployments with our core product and engineering teams to influence improvements that scale across customers.

Your Skillset

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, entrepreneurship, or a similar role involving end-to-end product ownership.

• Strong technical fluency, including experience working with AI-powered products, writing and evaluating prompts, and understanding technical architectures well enough to troubleshoot issues.

• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable product decisions.

• Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing deliverables and driving measurable business or commercial outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineering, clinical, business, and customer stakeholders.

• Strong product judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions around scope, quality, timelines, and competing priorities.

• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and taking accountability for outcomes.

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work directly with technical teams, and contribute hands-on to building and improving products.

• Confidence navigating difficult customer conversations, communicating tradeoffs, and taking ownership when things don't go as planned.

Additional Nice-to-Have Skills

• Engineering degree or previous software engineering experience.

• Experience developing, deploying, or managing conversational AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or workflow automation products.

• Previous experience in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated or high-stakes industry.

• Familiarity with clinical workflows, patient communications, or healthcare operations.

• Experience taking technical products from pilot or proof of concept to commercial deployment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams that include engineering, product, clinical, and customer-facing stakeholders.
